We believe an enterprise's ability to become a learning organization
is directly related to its willingness to reframe the workplace as a venue for personal growth and renewal.
Our learning technologies are designed to bring about understanding
leading to fundamental individual and organizational change.
Adults learn most effectively when they have an opportunity to
act, and then reflect on their actions. Unfortunately, the norms
extant in most organizations are not conducive to deep reflection,
and home life is often as busy and as hectic as the work environment.
Quiet time for reflection is dear indeed.
We conduct our transformative learning intensives in a natural,
quiet environment, perfect for learning and renewal. An important
part of each of our transformative workshops
is joining mind and body, and employing group learning strategies
to maximize a participant's knowledge of self. Ample time is given
each learner to lean into each phase of the "wheel of learning:"
sense-making, action, reflection, and synthesis.
In the most profound of our learning sessions, we set aside solo,
meditative time for participants to question their basic values,
and to reinvent themselves to better align their actions with
the results they seek, both in and beyond the workplace.
