Offerings -> Transformative Learning
Our leadership development program is a week-long intensive designed
to align personal intentions and behavior, to enhance personal
effectiveness -- and to allow participants to begin mastering
the competencies essential for leading sustainable enterprises.
The design of the program is loosely based on the hero's cycle
described by Joseph Campbell in The Hero with A Thousand Faces,
and is powerful, immersive learning journey, involving concrete
learning-by-doing, coaching, and learning sessions.
We do not reveal the agenda of the SLI because we feel ambiguity
is a key element of the program's power. Suffice it to say however,
that the SLI is a life-changing experience, requiring its participants
to embrace uncertainty -- and adventure.
