Learning is what a sustainable way is all about. We know that to nurture strong, sustainable organizational ecosystems, the principle of generative learning must be preeminent in our approach, and a stated goal in every consultation we undertake.
We share knowledge -- even our own consulting skills -- because we consider a successful consultation as one in which our role becomes unnecessary.
By extroverting our own decision-making processes as consultants, we can better transfer the consulting skills -- essentially leadership skills -- that most of our clients desire.
It's the best way we know of to simultaneously answer an organizational need while building greater organizational self-reliance.
In standard learning and development interventions, we measure for learning in one of several ways:
- Testing, both written and demonstrations;
- Simulations;
- Peer and supervisor observation
The bottom line on learning is that it's our bottom line. You can be assured the people we work with will be more capable, competent, and confident -- and will generate multiples of learning within your organization for years to come.
