Our facilitation style is markedly different
from facilitation as practiced by those who fill the role of the
neutral and impartial third party. While we believe there is a
time and place for "pure" facilitation, we don't often find ourselves
practicing it. We find that groups benefit enormously from our
ability to meld consultation with our facilitation, and to take
a stand on practices we know will succeed. We also have witnessed
the effectiveness of intervening when group habits diverge from
a group's stated intentions.
Marrying sensitive, skilled facilitation with
insightful and spontaneous intervention technique requires special
discipline and knowledge. We pride ourselves on our ability to
walk the tightrope between advocacy and inquiry.
Moreover, we architect meetings and offsites that get results.
Our design principles celebrate the theory that less is more.
Allow us to collaborate with you to plan and "consultatate"
your next important meeting or offsite, and experience greater
enthusiasm, energy, and follow-through from your team members.
