When the people we've worked with achieve greater alignment between their intentions and the results they seek, they've fundamentally changed an aspect of their behavior.
We are unambiguous about promoting sustainable behavioral norms, or competencies. The natural world teaches us that openness, a learning orientation, cooperation, flexibility, participation, sharing, moderation, and networking are all elements of healthy systems. See more about those here.
We also know that the traits of emotional intelligence, including self-awareness (reflection, introspection), social awareness (empathy), self control, and the ability to structure healthy relationships, are critical leadership competencies. Fortunately these competencies can be learned and practiced. We've designed our immersive experiential programs as learning laboratories for participants to develop the critical competencies of healthy and sustainable workplaces.
We can measure shifts in behavior at least 6 months after the conclusion of a development effort.
