Jane Grossman

Jane Grossman has over 15 years experience in training, consulting and group facilitation. Jane’s motivating influence is her genuine interest in helping individuals and groups to reach their next level of excellence. Through a variety of processes, Jane helps teams to gain better alignment and performance. She brings her warmth, enthusiasm, humor and insights regarding group process to each program she facilitates. She is adept at working with people from diverse backgrounds and creates a trusting and supportive environment in which meaningful work can be accomplished.
